Martin Lemberg-Pedersen owns lpexperiences, and is an experienced guide in postcolonial tours in Copenhagen, catering to locals and tourists from all walks of life. From sailing the Copenhagen canals as a tour gudie, he later started offering specialized tours catering to his research interests in colonial history.
Customers come from all walks of life and have included cruise tourists, senior citizens, families, and high school and elementary classes. They have also included university classes (BA and MA-level), NGO secretariats, and visiting global south activists. With a thorough understanding of Danish colonialism, he uses his expertise to make each tour interactive, insightful and educational. Additionally, he also offers other more in-depth experiences for those interestsed, including themed workshops and special lectures engaging with policy, strategy and public understanding of historical contexts.
